MY PARCEL IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS, WHAT CAN I DO?


Customs, Post Office and Helenova are different entities and therefore we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services and cannot be held responsible for customs services in your country.
Payment of duties and taxes is the recipient's responsibility and is not covered by us here at Helenova. Contact your local customs office for further information on fees.
If your order is held at customs, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office directly and ask them to release your goods.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once you have placed an order, the information is sent directly to the shipping department, which takes 1-3 business days to process. Then the shipping department sends the tracking codes to data record to update the tracking codes and send a shipping confirmation email to the customer. So if you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing your order so we can take care of it.
Please ensure that all the information you provide is correct before submitting your order to avoid lost mail or other mishaps.
